Privacy Policy for Diego.org Apps

This Privacy Policy applies to the apps published by Diego.org: Emergency Contact List, SwiftTip, Me, WebPDF, MacLock, and ContactShare.

Summary

We do not collect, sell, rent, share, or transmit your personal information to Diego.org or developer-operated servers. Our apps do not include advertising, analytics, tracking, crash-reporting services, user accounts, or developer-operated cloud services.

Information handled on your device

Our apps may access or store information only when needed to provide the feature you choose to use. That information remains on your device unless you explicitly share or export it, or use a platform service described below.

  • Emergency Contact List can sync information you choose using iCloud and your Apple Account. This data is handled through Apple's iCloud service; we do not operate the storage or access your synced information.
  • Me and ContactShare may access contacts that you choose to view, select, or share.
  • WebPDF stores PDFs, thumbnails, settings, bookmarks, browsing history, and searchable text locally on your device. When you visit a website, your device connects directly to that website; WebPDF does not receive or proxy the content. Sharing uses the destination you select.
  • SwiftTip and MacLock process their settings and functionality locally on your device.

Third-party services and links

Some apps let you visit external websites, share content through the system Share Sheet, or use Apple services such as iCloud. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms. We do not control those services and do not receive your personal information from them.

Children's privacy

Our apps do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Your choices

Because we do not receive or retain your personal information, we cannot access, change, or delete it for you. You can manage information stored by an app using its available controls, by removing shared items from their destination, or by deleting the app from your device.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when an app's privacy practices change. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do.
