For those of you eating out in New York, Dante just got a job at Blue Fin in Time Square. Blue Fin mystifies and marvels its audience with a prominent Raw Bar featuring shrimp, lobster, clams and oysters, and the sushi serenades (prompting an encore performance) with the Chilean Sea Bass Roll and Sweet Miso Glaze and the Crackling Shrimp Roll sharing the spotlight.
